International orders will be shipped using Poslaju Flexipack International. Due to Covid restrictions, there are some countries that are not eligible yet. Please refer to the link below on which countries we are able to ship to:
Your signature will be required during the arrival of the parcel at your door step. Tracking numbers will be provided once your parcel has been sent out.
What is FlexiPack International?
FlexiPack International is a new prepaid product introduced by Pos Malaysia for sending items not more than 2kg to an overseas destination by air.
What is the estimated time of delivery for international orders?
Approximately 10-30 business days given the current situation with Covid. Please order in advance to avoid any disappointment or please reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions about shipment.
What if my package is late or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier and allow one additional business day past the delivered scan, or one additional business day after your shipping time frame. If your package still has not arrived, please write to email@example.com.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Any damages occurred during the transport is beyond our responsibility. However, we will do our very best to pack your order securely so that it arrives in pristine condition.
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
We apologise if we had your order wrong and caused any inconveniences. Please email to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of reported delivery with a picture of proof and your order ID.
Requests to refund / exchange will not be entertained if picture of proof and tracking number regarding product is not sent to us, or time period upon reported delivery has exceeded one week.
Can I change my order?
Yes but only if your order has not been shipped out yet. Please inform us as soon as possible by writing to email@example.com or a quick DM @artsyjadey if you wish to make changes to your order.
